We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address, username) and the data you create while using Pomodoronline (pomodoro sessions, group memberships, messages). We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata.
Your data is used to operate the service: authenticating you, syncing your session with your study group, and storing your preferences. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the settings panel. After deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
